  1. Once the order is successfully placed through the aforementioned modes, it can’t be cancelled.

  2. If by mistake, payment is done twice by the devotee in one transaction and he/she wants to get the refund of the additional / excess fee. He / She is required to submit a request letter to Shri Omkareshwar Mandir Trust with the transaction detail / online receipt number.
  3. Refund shall only be permitted in case the candidate has donated more than once due to transaction failure.
  4. Devotees are only authorized to deposit their Donation and Pooja Bookings through Debit Card / Credit Card, Wallet,UPI and Net banking facility.
  5. Order once placed will not be cancelled and no money will be refunded under any circumstances.
  6. We ship in india only under the mentioned shipping charges. If you want your order to be deliver abroad please contact helpline
  7. Damage during transit in not a responsibility of Shri Omkareshwar Mandir Trust
  8. Food items will be dispatched as early as possible, but if they arrive late at your place, please consume with discretion.
  9. If you dont recieve parcel after expexted delivery date, contact us for further support.
  10. Changes and adjustmants in order are not possible once placed under any circumstances..
