The Jhula Bridge is a major attraction for devotees visiting Omkareshwar. Given the growing number of visitors, a new bridge called Mamleshwar Setu was constructed by the Narmada Hydro Electric Development Corporation in 2004. This bridge is 235 meters long and 4 meters wide, connecting directly to the main temple gate. It is used year-round and cost Rs. 7.2 crore. The bridge offers a scenic view of the Narmada River, Omkareshwar Dam, and the temple.

The Omkareshwar city is divided into two parts by the Narmada River. Earlier, only boats were available for devotees to cross to the island temple. For their convenience, the Madhya Pradesh government built a cantilever pedestrian bridge in 1979. This bridge, which is 200 meters long, was completed on May 31, 1979, at a cost of Rs. 28 lakh.
