Important Narmada Ghats

Several beautiful ghats are located on the banks of the Narmada River in Omkareshwar. The water here is pure, and the river’s flow is steady. Devotees can easily take a bath at these ghats. To ensure safety, iron railings and safety boats have been installed.
The Koti Tirtha Ghat, located directly in front of the main temple, is considered the most important. Taking a dip here is believed to provide the benefits of a crore of pilgrimages. Other important ghats include Chakar Tirtha, Gaumukh Ghat, Bhairon Ghat, Kevalram Ghat, Nagar Ghat, Brahmpuri Ghat, Sangam Ghat, and Abhay Ghat.
