Refund Policy

Please go through our policy regarding refunds before payments.

1. Once the Donations / Booking Fees is successfully paid through the aforementioned modes, it can’t be refunded online.


2. If by mistake, the fee is deposited twice by the devotee in one transaction and he/she wants to get the refund of the additional / excess fee. He / She is required to submit a request letter to accounts branch with the transaction detail / online receipt number.


3. Refund shall only be permitted in case the candidate has donated more than once due to transaction failure.


4. Devotees are only authorized to deposit their Donation and Pooja Bookings through Debit Card / Credit Card and Net banking facility.


5. Bookings once maid will not be cancelled and no money will be refunded under any circumstances.
