Instructions

  • Please read the Policy Declaration carefully before applying. Applying will be considered as your consent.
  • Ticket holders are advised not to use the boat route.
  • Please do not book tickets for children below 12 years of age.
  • Aadhaar details must be accurate and cannot be modified after submission. Incorrect details may lead to denial of entry.
  • Entry points may change on high-crowd days. Please check with the helpline or nearest Help Center.
  • All visitors must carry a valid ticket and Aadhaar Card and be present in person at the entry point.
  • Wristbands are mandatory for Darshan. Collect them from a Help Center before Darshan.
  • Wristbands can be issued only on the booked date and not on any other day.
  • Information marked with * is mandatory.

Darshan will be closed before 05:00 AM, after 10:30 PM and during Aarti and Shringar period. During special occasions, Darshan time may vary.

Important Notice

1. Please ensure the Aadhaar number entered for each devotee is correct. Once submitted, it cannot be changed, and incorrect details may result in denial of entry.

2. Entry points may change during heavy rush. Please contact the helpline or visit a Help Center for the latest updates.

3. All visitors must be present at the entry point with a valid ticket and Aadhaar Card.

4. Wristbands are mandatory for Darshan and are issued at Jhula Pula Facility Center, J.P. Chowk Help Center, and Kuber Bhandari Help Center.

5. Ticket holders are advised not to use the boat route to avoid inconvenience and delays.
